We’re two best mates from Bellingen—born and raised in a place where community, good food, and great company go hand in hand. Like many from small towns, we set off to explore the world, chasing new experiences, cultures, and flavors. From the pizzerias of Italy to the street food stalls of Vietnam, from the vibrant taquerías of Mexico to the bustling tapas bars of Barcelona—we lived, we learned, and we ate.
It was in Barcelona, over good food and even better conversation, that the idea for Bellingen Catering Company was born. More than just a catering business, we wanted to create something that truly represents us—a fusion of global inspiration and the warm, welcoming spirit of home.

Oliver is the creative force in the kitchen, crafting flavors that tell a story—fresh, bold, and made to be shared. His passion for cooking was shaped by years of traveling, tasting, and perfecting dishes inspired by the places he’s been.

Callum brings a wealth of hospitality experience, having spent years working in France as a bar manager and waiter. He knows that great food is only half the experience—it’s the energy, the service, and the atmosphere that make a meal unforgettable. His focus is on building a brand that’s more than just catering—it’s about bringing people together over great food and even better hospitality.
